Sleeps 6 in three bedrooms. Beds consist of two Kings and one Queen. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower/tub and one with a seperate shower and a Jacuzzi tub. The kitchen is complete with everything you will need for preparing meals, it is very clean and all the cabinets are labeled to help you find what you need. The dining room seats 8-10. The living room has a large sectional that seats 6-10. Both rooms have floor to ceiling windows with beautiful golf course views and plenty of natural lighting. These two rooms share a double sided fireplace and they each have a door and deck to the outside. There is a desk supplied for set up of your computer for High Speed Internet, a stereo, large book, movie and game selection. The digital cable has movie channels and is played in the living room and Master bedroom. Each room has a TV with a DVD and VHS. The deck has a patio furniture set for 6-8 and a gas grill BBQ. The two car garage is secure for safe storage of recreational gear. The laundry room has professional size washer and dryer with a utility sink, folding counter, iron and board. Families are welcom, the house is set up for young children with high chair, booster, pack n play, toys, books, movies, dishes etc... The linens and towels are supplied for you. The kitchen contains basic dry essentials, but you will need to bring perishables. All of the appliances, mattresses, furniture, TV's etc. are brand new and very nice. This is a non smoking property. Pets are welcome with permission. The yard is semi fenced and semi private on one side with many large and mature trees. The Indian Creek is just out the back door and the trail head is across the street, great for walking or running. Plenty of off street and free street parking is available. RV/Boats are welcome.
