This is a beautiful 3br/3ba home that has 2600 sq ft of living area with vaulted ceilings and sleeps 10 guest and has a large loft. This home is nestled in the pines in a secluded area of North lake Tahoe Vista CA, Kings Run area.
Centerally located just off HWY 267 you are only 10 minutes to North Star Ski, and the casinos, where a flip of a card, a spin of the weel or a throw of a dice can be the most memorable part of your vacation.
You are also only 4 minutes to the beach, golfing, shopping and your favorite restaurants.
In the warmer months the deck with a BBQ and picnic table is perfect for out door dining and entertaining your family and guest. In the winter months the drivway and deck are cleared by local contractors.

REGULAR RATES ARE:

$325 per night for the first 2 nights. $185 per night for the next 5 nights
April, May, September, October, November.
$250 per night for the first 2 nights. $110 per night for the next 5 nights
CALL FOR HOLIDAY RATES:
10% discount for all mid/weeks Sunday/Thursday.
Ski lease, minimum 30 nights $115 per night.
